Tina Marshall was born in New Jersey and relocated to West Virginia with her family when she was 10. Her family moved several times and she graduated from Doddridge County High School in 1987. She worked for several years at a bank before deciding to further her education at Fairmont State College. Upon graduating with a BS in criminal justice, she worked as a correctional officer at the Marion County Jail. It was during that time she became acquainted with Pamela R. Folickman, and began working as a legal assistant at her office in 1997.
Tina has attended several training seminars over the years and has taken paralegal classes online. She will also be taking mediation training to become a certified family court mediator in the near future.
Tina and her husband Joe are the proud parents of three sons. They reside in Monongah and especially enjoy family time by the pool and their annual beach vacations.
